Pier 27
Pier 27 is a LEED Certified Gold event venue situated along San Francisco’s iconic Embarcadero, offering 54,000 square feet of modern, flexible event space across two levels for groups of 300 to 3,000 guests. The upper level City View Room spans 22,900 square feet and features floor-to-ceiling windows, carpeted floors, and sweeping views of the Bay Bridge, Coit Tower, and the Financial District, while the lower level Embarcadero Room delivers 18,500 square feet of industrial-chic space with exposed ceilings, concrete floors, and five roll-up doors that open directly onto the waterfront. A separate Bay View space, an outdoor promenade, a 120-space adjacent parking lot, and a back-of-house production area round out the venue’s extensive infrastructure. Built from steel, concrete, and glass, Pier 27 is a contemporary blank canvas well-suited for corporate conferences, product launches, galas, fundraisers, and large-scale private receptions. Past clients include Google, Salesforce, eBay, and PG&E. 49 Square Catering is proud to bring chef-driven, locally sourced menus and full-service catering to events at Pier 27, one of San Francisco’s most versatile and visually striking waterfront venues.
